  • How do I know my size?

  • How do I care for the items I purchased?
    Every garment includes care instructions on the label. Please follow these carefully to maintain quality.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diner’s Club), as well as Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Can I combine multiple orders?
    Unfortunately, we’re unable to combine separate orders. Please ensure your order is final before checkout.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    • Due to high order volume orders may take longer to be delivered.
    • UK orders: typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
    • International orders: usually delivered within 5–10 business days.
      Delivery times may vary depending on customs, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order once placed?
    Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or modify it. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
    We’re unable to edit shipping addresses after an order is placed, so please ensure all details are correct before checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we ship worldwide.
  • Can I ship to a PO Box?
    We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Do international shipping costs include customs, duties, and taxes?
    VAT is included in the product price. International customers may be charged additional customs or import fees, depending on their country’s regulations.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    We’re happy to exchange or refund eligible items. Please follow the instructions on our Payments & Returns page for full details.
  • Do you offer repairs?
    We do not offer repairs at the moment.
  • When will I receive my store credit or refund?
    Once we receive and process your return, store credit or refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Will sold-out items be restocked?
    Some styles are limited edition and may not return. 
  • Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?
    If you haven’t received your confirmation email within one hour of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
  • What should I do if I received a defective item?
